Terms and Conditions: 

  • You must purchase a new policy through Pendragon Protect.
  • This offer is available to volunteers, fans, and other sponsors of AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
  • This offer is not available to any players of AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
  • This offer applies to Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover & Income Protection only.
  • This offer does not apply to Accident & Sickness or Accident only plans.
  • The offer excludes policies with MetLife.
  • This offer is limited to one household postcode.
  • This offer is limited to new business clients only. Existing clients of Pendragon Protect do not qualify.
  • There is a minimum monthly premium of £25 per household postcode for the offer to qualify.
  • All new policies are “activated” and “on-risk” and must be live for a minimum of three months before any payment is made to the club.
  • It doesn’t matter if you have one policy or multiple policies. The offer is based on your total monthly premiums per household postcode.
  • Qualifying payments to AFC Rushden & Diamonds are payable via bank transfer after a new policy has been “activated” and placed “on-risk” for a minimum of three months before the payment is made to the club.
  • Payment will be made at the end of the month in, which the third monthly premium has cleared.
  • Subject to policy cancellation terms below.
  • To be eligible you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over.
  • This offer does not apply to business placed via group schemes, corporate plans, or where the policy is a direct rebroking of an existing policy already arranged by Pendragon Protect.
  • Pendragon Protect are not liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
  • Pendragon Protect reserves the right to withdraw or alter this offer at any time, particularly in the event of regulatory change, insurer withdrawal from market, or any other reason that, in Pendragon Protects reasonable opinion, materially affects the commercial viability or compliance of this arrangement.
  • AFC Rushden & Diamonds shall have no liability or responsibility for the outcome of any advice, individual applications, underwriting decisions, or cover availability.

Policy Cancellation / Lapse Terms & Conditions

  • There is no obligation for you to keep any policy arranged through Pendragon Protect for a set period of time.
  • Pendragon Protect will monitor each qualifying policy for a total of twelve months from its start date.
  • If a qualifying policy is cancelled, lapses, or is otherwise taken off-risk between months four and twelve, Pendragon Protect may deduct an equivalent amount from the next sponsorship payment that would otherwise be payable to AFC Rushden & Diamonds.
  • This offset is limited to the value of the original sponsorship linked to the cancelled policy and will be applied only if further sponsorship payments become due.
  • No repayment is required from the club, and no deduction will be applied once the policy has remained in force for 12 months.

No alternative financial reward is available to households that fall outside the incentive criteria; however, anyone who contacts Pendragon Protect will receive a comprehensive, fee-free individual assessment, including a personalised recommendation for their individual protection needs.
